Really? Using a Computer Before Bed Can Disrupt Sleep

Makes sense, just an extension to winding down an hour before bedtime. I wonder how many people could really stop using their device before bed? I find reading before bed is relaxing and puts me to sleep but I do that on a device, like most people nowadays. I guess if the screen brightness is a stimulant, you could always lesson the brightness at night.
