  • " Tina came in to my home to give me a wonderfully comprehensive tutorial that showed me how face book works and what it has to offer. Rather than talking in the abstract, she opened her own face book to guide me through its many facets and opportunities. Her demonstraton showed me exactly what I wanted to know and how face book worked. Her description was concrete, very knowledgeable and easy to follow giving me the information I needed to make a decision. On her second visit, I asked for some technical help with difficulties I encountered on my aging Mac computer. Here too, her work and accompanying descriptions and comments were just what I needed. Easy to follow, yet technical enough to cover the points that were bothering me. She also had excellent advice about the need to keep in mind that an update of my equipment might be needed in the not too distant future. Her advice on this matter, too, was clear and easy to follow though still technically well-informed.
